Parent (Business Passport)
^ECZ-[A-Z]{2}-[0-9A-Z]{6}$ECZ-, an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code, a hyphen, and six base-36 characters. Example: ECZ-GB-RBS1NW. There is no check digit. Normalise input by trimming whitespace and upper-casing; nothing else.
